Amanda Sewell, founder
Amanda Sewell holds a Ph.D. in musicology from Indiana University. She has published peer-reviewed articles in the Journal of the Society for American Music, Popular Music, and the Journal of Popular Music Studies. She also contributed a chapter to the Cambridge Companion to Hip-Hop. Amanda has presented her research at the national conferences of the American Musicological Society and the International Association for the Study of Popular Music. She also hosts classical music programs on Interlochen Public Radio.
